Elections Nova Scotia Annual Report 2021-2022
Elections Nova Scotia’s (ENS) Annual Report for the 2021–2022 fiscal year is now available.
This was a year of transition for ENS. The focus during the first half of the year was on the successful delivery of the 41st provincial general election, held August 17, 2021, including the integration of pandemic measures to ensure public safety. Following the election, ENS underwent debrief activities, began the post-election reporting, and embarked on a new strategic plan. ENS also experienced a change in leadership with the retirement of the Chief Electoral Officer, Richard Temporale in May 2022.
The annual report includes independently audited financial statements.
