May 11, 2015 – Amendments to the Elections Act

On May 11, 2015, Bill No. 83 amending the Elections Act and included more than 100 amendments to the Act, received Royal Assent. The changes in the bill were prclaimed on January 1, 2016 (except ss. 87 and 102 which came into effect on June 16, 2015.)

May 20, 2016– Amendments to the Elections Act

On May 20, 2015, Bill No. 162 amending the Elections Act received Royal Assent.
