Three Judicial Recounts Scheduled

The three judicial recounts arising from the 40^th Provincial General Election held on May 30, 2017 have been scheduled.

The Judicial recount of ballots for Guysborough–Eastern Shore–Tracadie under the supervision of Associate Chief Justice Deborah K. Smith and for Waverley–Fall River–Beaver Bank by Justice M. Heather Robertson.  Both will commence this Friday, at 9:30am at the Halifax courthouse.

Justice James L. Chipman will supervise the recount of ballots for Chester–St. Margaret’s on Monday at 9:30am at the Halifax courthouse.

A media release will be issued by Elections Nova Scotia upon completion of each judicial recount and declaration of an elected candidate.
