Bluenose Marathon Notice

You may be among thousands of people who will be heading to downtown Halifax this weekend for the Bluenose Marathon. We think it may be a convenient time to vote! See the map where each of the dots represents a voting location. No matter where you live in Nova Scotia, you can vote at any of the locations on the map between 9am and 6pm Saturday or Monday. It will only take a few minutes. Bring your Voter Information Card if you’ve received one in the mail. You don’t need a VIC to vote, but it will make for faster service.

Click here for a list of all early voting locations throughout the province, and remember our polls are also open 9am to 6pm Victoria Day Monday, May 22nd, and all next week.

Ready to vote today? Returning offices are open today if you want to vote from 9am-6pm. Community polls in Sheet Harbour, St. Peter’s and Shelburne are also open today. Advance polls are opening Saturday through next Saturday including Victoria Day (but not open Sundays). Hours for voting 9am-6pm all days and with extended hours to 8pm on Thursday May 25th and Friday May 26th. You can vote from any early voting location in the province, no matter where you live in NS.
