Who Can Vote?

If you are a Canadian citizen who is 18 years or older on election day and have lived in Nova Scotia for six months or more before the day the election was called (since October 30, 2016 or earlier), then you have the right to vote. It’s as simple as that. If you meet the above criteria and would like to go and vote today, you can. Voting is possible at any returning office in Nova Scotia from 9am to 6pm every day, except Sundays.

Vote from anywhere in the province every voting day except election day May 30th. Find your nearest voting locations, even from your smartphone: https://enstools.gov.ns.ca/edinfo2012/Location.aspx
