Elections Nova Scotia – Early voting for the Pictou West by-election is available on the Victoria Day holiday weekend. Voters in Pictou West can vote at the returning office or advance poll on Saturday, May 18, from 9 am – 6 pm.

Saturday, May 18, is the last day for the advance poll. The advance poll is located at the Union Centre Community Hall, 1 Salter Road, Union Centre. It is open for early voting from 9 am – 8 pm on Friday, May 17, and 9 am – 6 pm on Saturday, May 18.

The returning office for Pictou West is located at 49 Pine Tree Road. The returning office is open for early voting from 9 am – 8 pm on Friday, May 17, and 9 am – 6 pm on Saturday, May 18, and 9 am – 6 pm on Monday, May 20. The Victoria Day holiday on Monday, May 20 is the last opportunity for voters in Pictou West to vote early. The returning office will be open for early voting on the Victoria Day holiday, Monday, May 20 from 9 am – 6 pm.

Voting is closed on Sunday, May 19.

Election day for the Pictou West by-election is Tuesday, May 21, 2024. On election day, voters in Pictou West may vote at their assigned voting location or the returning office. Voting will be open from 8 am – 8 pm on election day.
