Elections Nova Scotia – Elections Nova Scotia (ENS) has entered into a Compliance Agreement with Kerry Foss, the Official Agent for the Liberal Electoral District Association (EDA) for the Electoral District of Preston. The compliance agreement covers a breach of the Elections Act related to a loan made by the EDA.
This Notice of Compliance Agreement is published in accordance with sections 294 to 299 of the Elections Act. The Compliance Agreement is available on the ENS website (electionsnovascotia.ca). Click here to view the Compliance Agreement.
